- Premium Engraving and customized items may take an additional 4 business days for processing.
- Customized items cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes
- Customized items will ship via standard delivery 7-14 business days
- Tha Shade reserves the right to use alternate shipping services that provide the same delivery expectation.
RE-ROUTING SHIPPED PACKAGES
For security purposes, we are currently unable to redirect a packaged once it has been shipped. If our shipped is unable to deliver the package to the address you provided, it will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.
